RESTAURANT MANAGER

38 - 40 hour week

Thursday thru to Monday, lunch service including some public holidays

Evening work required for special events/functions on an occasional basis

The Eatery closes  each year from Christmas Eve and re-opens the first week of January.


We are a two-hat restaurant in New Norfolk, Tasmania looking for a restaurant manager.

We require someone who shares our unruly passion for world-class hospitality and sustainable dining. Someone with intuition, maturity and generosity of spirit.
