the agrarian masterclass

The Agrarian Masterclasses are dedicated to artisanal subjects, such as making cheese and butter, preserving, baking bread, making pasta, charcuterie, ice-cream and confectionery. Masterclass subjects will vary seasonally.


Where applicable, classes are taught by Tasmanian experts in their fields, whether they be artisanal producers, farmers, fishermen, gardeners, chefs or reputable home cooks.

Duration:     9.00am to 4.30pm (approx)

Inclusions:  Lunch and apron


All classes are hands-on, for a maximum of 8 guests.
