BOOK ONLINE TO RECEIVE INSTANT CONFIRMATION TO THE CLASS

The easiest way to make a new booking is to visit our class calendar and bookings page. 

There you will find a list of all our scheduled classes showing the latest availability for each class.

After clicking on BOOK NOW within the class calendar and bookings page you will be asked to complete all the details for us to process your booking including payment.  Once you have entered your payment details, an instant booking confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you.  The payment options are VISA / MASTERCARD / Paypal.

Please note, all bookings will be processed via a SSL system.

REDEEMING A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

Our online booking system does not yet allow guests to book and pay with a gift certificate. 

If you have received a gift certificate please call us on +61 (0)3 6261 1099 or email us at info@theagrariankitchen.com to make your booking and quote the gift certificate code which appears at the bottom of the gift certificate.

BOOKINGS VIA PHONE

We recommend that you book online using the online booking system found on the class calendar and bookings page.  However, if you are having difficulty or prefer to pay over the phone please call us on +61 (0)3 6261 1099 to arrange your booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a class/event you can nominate someone to attend in your place.

TRANSFERS

14 days notice must be given to transfer to another date.

If 14 days notice is not given it will be deemed as a cancellation.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable.
